Firefox is a Mozilla-based web browser. In Debian and Debian based Linux distributions it is often known as Ice Weasel.

You can launch it from a menu thingie or from the command line with:

[ggeller@arthur ~]$ firefox

If you are running more than one instance VNC or nx, you may see this error when you try to start more than one Firefox:

You need to run the different Firefox instances with different user profiles. Start Firefox with the profilemanager option:

[ggeller@arthur ~]$ firefox -ProfileManager

Use the dialogs to create a new profile, if you need one. Run Firefox with the new profile.

Enable caret browsing with the F7 key.
